Part IV - EEG Time!

I want to thank Legacy Emmanuel and its amazing staff because they were so caring and patient through this whole experience. Working with children, especially toddlers 🤪 is challenging, to say the least. Specifically to the lady who checked us in and to the tech who administered the EEG tests, I could not be more thankful for you ladies! Our son is full of energy, very exploratory, and not shy at all. They just went with the flow and made him (and me) feel so comfortable and the process so smooth 🙏🏼

I'm posting this after we've already received the results. And while I'm not a neurologist, the results read everything was normal! 🙌🏼 We still have a follow-up appointment with his neurologist in a couple weeks, and I'm anxious to hear his confirmation.

Thank you to everyone who has expressed concern, reached out to support or prayed behind the scenes. You are all appreciated so much!

Who else is ready for more walks outside?!

I recently learned from some coworkers that there is science around how bilateral movement helps to integrate the two hemispheres of the brain, helping to stabilize your amygdala and process trauma, similar to EMDR. So... after googling what that all means... 😂 I'm convinced! Will definitely be taking the kids on more walks this spring/summer!
